Superhero Boot Camp!

Do you see Superhero’s kicking butt on the big screen and thought “I wish I could do that”? Have you ever wonderd how hard a Superhero has to work to keep in shape so they can keep saving the world? Well you are going to find out!

This 6 week class will incorporate all of the kick butt hard core effects of a boot camp class with a focus on Superhero skills. Work on your speed (Faster than a speeding bullet), your vertical leap (Leap tall buildings in a single bound) or increase your super strength (More powerful than a locomotive)! Each week we will focus on a different Super Skill.

Superhero’s and aspiring hero’s a like are welcome. This class comes with a nutritional booklet to help you get on the right track with your eating patterns while you are working out to have an two pronged attack on your road to health!

You can come in workout clothing or superhero costume! Keep in mind you will be working out and sweating.

This is a 6 week course starting october 18th and running until November 18th on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays  at 6:30 pm for only $10.00 per class! There is limited space in this class so REGISTER NOW!

We will be meeting in the large parking lot off of selva road. When you go into the parking lot turn left and go to the end. we will meet there at 6:30pm and then walk down to the beach together.
