Okay so I have been asked to create a challenge so tell me what you think about this one. For this month I want you to stop worrying about how you look or your BF% and focus on your performance. So Who ever can increase their times and distances that they are doing their chosen workout will win. I am not sure what you will win yet, but I will find something.
